Pixelache Helsinki will participate in this year's DMY Maker Lab (1-5 June 2011) in Berlin. We will present two projects which were featured at this year's festival: OHANDA open hardware initiative and Temporary photoElectric Digestopians Worklab by Bartaku / FoAM.
The DMY Maker Lab also features FUNGUTOPIA project by make&think / Laura Popplow. This project is an adaptation of Fungifiction project which was presented at Camp Pixelache 2011 exhibition.

I was also invited to curate the Helsinki World Design Capital 2012 section of DMY Maker Lab. This section will feature:
DMY Maker Lab will also feature many other participants from Finland (textile workshops by Marimekko, etc) and much more - hope to see you there!

I was also invited to curate the Helsinki World Design Capital 2012 section of DMY Maker Lab. This section will feature:
- YKON Game (a world simulation game by YKON artist collective)
- We Love Open Data workshops by Aalto University researchers & designers & other open data enthusiasts
- Open P2P Design co-design of open businesses & processes
- Low2No Camp (exploring social innovations such as block parties, urban farming and cycling collectives) facilitated by Demos Helsinki think-tank.
